What Will I Be Doing?
KPI's

Develop safe, professional and comprehensive Yoga training programs.

Ensure guests are satisfied with their workout program and remain motivated to attain their personal fitness goals.

Monitor and instruct guests during Yoga training sessions by educating on correct form and alternative poses.

Provides excellent customer service by promptly responding to guest needs and concerns.

Effectively discusses and explains different forms of Yoga.
-
Attentively listens to guests, answers questions, and engages in conversation before and after classes.

Cleans and organizes the studio after each class.
Specific Job Knowledge
Skill & Ability
The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job.

Ability to read, write and speak the English language.

Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Instructor – minimum of 200 hour level or equivalent experience required for advanced level classes.

The ability to motivate individuals and groups.

Personal fitness, strength and flexibility.

Calm, organized work ethic with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

A passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service.
