Hotel Manager

Arasi Resort Kalpitiya is seeking a friendly, experienced and professional Hotel Manager to join our team! 

As Hotel Manager you will be responsible for the overall operation of the hotel. This position oversees the activities of key guest contact departments including hotel operations and food and beverage. The Hotel Manager focuses on maximizing profitability as well as guest satisfaction.  Implements and oversees the daily quality process at the hotel. Serves as top operator in Directors absence. Interviews, counsels and evaluates staff.

What Will I Be Doing?

KPI's

  • Lead and manage hotel operations.

  • Directs hotel actions maximizing profitability, increasing service levels and improving overall guest satisfaction.

  • Oversees the sales and marketing activity and results. Leads and/or participates in sales and marketing strategy meetings. Participates in efforts to secure business, as needed.

  • Ensure the team have knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and special promotional offers, as well as special events.

  • Ability to read, write and speak the English language.

  • Experience in hotel and leisure.

  • Strong commercial/business awareness and demonstration of capabilities.

  • Calm, organized work ethic with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent supervisory, inter-personal, and communication skills.

  • A passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service.
